Lopez Landing is a residential development with 24 small homes on 7.4 acres near the village center on Lopez Island in the San Juan Islands in Washington State. The cottages, ranging in size from 544 to 1390 SF, are clustered around three common areas. Two commons houses will offer added amenities for residents including a shared kitchen, dining area, sitting space, quiet room, 3/4 bath, laundry and bicycle shed — to be used meetings, potlucks, movie nights, over-flow living space, and more. The project is currently in process of entitlement approvals, with detailed plans and construction to follow.
