Concord Riverwalk pocket neighborhood is located outside of Boston and was developed by NOW Communities. The site planning was done by Ross Chapin Archtiects, and the net zero homes were designed by Union Studio from Providence, RI.

This neighborhood won Project of the Year in the 2014 Builder’s Choice Awards for Green Development or Production Housing.
