Concord Riverwalk

Riverwalk is a pocket neighborhood of eight ‘right-sized’ homes clustered around a central garden with meandering footpaths and mature trees. The entire community shares a three-season screened pavilion, community gardens, and access to a nature preserve along the river. Garages are discreetly tucked under ‘carriage units’ next to the parking area.

Union Studio Architects worked with our site plan, designed the net-zero-possible homes, and were active in coordinating the infrastructure and permitting.
