Three Gable House

The original Three Gable House was designed in collaboration with Kim Hoelting and built by Kim and his crew of craftsmen. Three Gable House Version A is featured in the book The New Cottage Home by Jim Tolpin and in This Old House Magazine (October, 2004).

We offer two versions of this design. Version A is our original 1100 sf plan. Version B is 1573 sf with an unfinished basement (574 sf), with the ability to access the study from the interior of the home. Please allow 1 week for delivery of Version B houseplans.
